MauiSails unveil their tantalizing new range of freeriding sails for the 2009 season.
The name MauiSails has been synonymous with high performance
windsurfing from the company’s birth in 1978, including designs for
world speed records and providing blueprints and prototypes for more
than a decade of domination in PWA World Championships.
The
2009 MauiSails freeride range builds on thirty years of heritage to
produce updated versions of the existing Aloha and Pursuit models, and
introduce the all new, Titan.
The Aloha is perfect for first
time buyers that will appreciate its soft body tension for maximum
feedback and planing ability, a perfect match for sailors who want to
sharpen their skills and sail handling on larger wide style boards.
The
Pursuit is a six batten powerhouse that delivers RAF performance for
wide style slalom and freeride boards. As MauiSails boast, Pursuit
means ‘Catch and Pass’ with one of the easiest rides you’ll ever have.
The
Titan is a stable seven-batten free race sail. It comes with the bold
claims that it’s easy to rig, handle, and represents the beginning of a
new evolution in freeride cruising and racing. ‘Soft yet stable’ sum up
what you’ll get with the titan.
