Quatro gets official partner of the Red Bull Storm Chase
The current wave world champion and Quatro teamrider Kauli Seadi from Brazil is joining the Red Bull Storm Chase. The Hawaiian board brand Quatro will be official partner of the event and afford to include one more country which is Scotland.
Right after launching the event-website Kauli Seadi and the rest of the Quatro international team knew they want to be part of this challenge. Kauli:“I think this is a stunning concept and the best opportunity in years to show the full potential of windsurfing to the public!”
His sponsor Quatro, run by some of the word’s most innovative boardsailors, promptly decided to cover the costs for one more country, making the Red Bull Storm Chase even bigger and more complete.
Starting now, local riders can register for Scotland like in any other region to get voted by the public. When the storm hits the Scottish coast in autumn, Kauli, or if tied up, another member of the Quatro international team will be there, sharing camerateam and waves with the local hero that gets the most votes. All all riders that have registered for the UK can register for Scotland as well and therefore double their chances to get a ticket. Due to Quatro’s support there will now be one storm, 12 riders and 9 countries!
